India is a country of extremes. On the one hand, the booming IT branch has caused a furor around the world. However, on the other hand, a large part of the population still lives in extreme poverty.
Human Association for Needful Development of Society -HANDS is a non-profit, non-government organisation by young professionals; this society includes professionals from IT / Management / Finance Sector, College Students, Doctors and Elite & Senior Citizens of the country, who are enthusiastic to work for the upliftment of the society and to make a difference with bringing smile on every face in the society where we live in.
HANDS was established in 2006 as a social group. It was registered in 2009 (registration no.S/65413/2009) under the societies registration act xxi of 1860. Hands works with and in support of the government of India, and for people without regard for caste, creed, race, religion or nationality.
